Key Responsibilities

• •Lead writers' room agenda, feedback cycles, and script rewrites.
• •Mentor staff writers through structure, tone, and production handoff.
• •Partner with producers on tone meetings and on-set script support.
• •Develop emerging-writer fellowships tied to the series.

What You Bring

• •Executive story editor or co-EP credits on at least two series.
• •Experience showrunning or leading writers' rooms.
• •Ability to translate Afrofuturist worldbuilding into episodic arcs.
• •Strong leadership in culturally responsive storytelling.
