About the Role

Collaborate with directors, designers, and community partners to deliver ambitious theatre experiences rooted in Black diaspora futures. You will steward budgets, creative logistics, and presentation strategies across seasonal residencies while nurturing equitable creative processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce two immersive theatre residencies per season with multidisciplinary teams.
•Facilitate community-centered creative workshops and feedback salons.
•Negotiate touring and co-production agreements with partner institutions.
•Mentor associate producers on equitable contracting and budgeting practices.

What You Bring

•7+ years producing experimental or site-responsive theatre.
•Experience collaborating with union and non-union creative teams.
•Demonstrated commitment to BIPOC-centered storytelling.
•Ability to manage $500K+ production budgets and overlapping timelines.
